1. Everyone (students and parents)will meet in the big room at the end of the hall for a quick meeting. If you are already registered for classes you do not need to stop at any of the tables. Audition paperwork and behavior/medical release paper work can be turned in after the parent meeting. We will not be taking any forms before the meeting.
2. At 6:30 we will have a snack time ( 2/$1.00) and go over auditions, callbacks and answer questions. Parents are welcome to stay for snack time.
3. All students MUST turn in a signed behavior contract/medical release form.
4. T-shirt orders are due by next Wednesday.

Signing up ahead of time will help Monday - Wednesday Auditions to move at a fast pace and help us to not get behind in our auditions. There will be two tables set up. One for those of you who will still need to turn in paperwork you will need to stop at the red table. And for those of you who turn in all the paperwork on Friday, January 8th 2010 you will need to go to the green table. The goal is for everyone to go straight to the green table.
2. ALL AUDITION PAPERWORK MUST BE TURNED IN ONWEDNESDAY, JANUARY 15TH 2010

3. If cast in this play you will be required to purchase a copy of the play. We will try to have some available on first class day for purchase. I will give out scripts to kids who are cast on the first day of rehearsal if they paid. Otherwise, students will use the script at rehearsal but not take it home until they turn in the fee.
4. We will list those who made it into the above class on our www.oasisarts.org Cast List by Wednesday night.

CALLBACKS

1. How will you know if you get a callback?
You will be contacted via email, phone or both on the morning of February 3rd.
2. Can you watch callbacks?
No, sorry if your child gets a callback you can drop them off and then come back later to pick them up. You will know what time to pick them up from your email or phone call.
CASTINGS
How will I know if my child is cast in 'Suessical the Musical'?
Just go to www.oasisarts.org on Sunday. Go to Oasis ArtsUp Next Performance area and the cast list will be found there.
All information in the future will be found on the Callboard Production Notes at www.oasisarts.org I will NOT be sending emails out throughout the session. I will post all news on the callboard from now on.
